How is everyone doing with food? I'm actually okay. I thought it would be harder for me than it is. I have found myself getting hungrier as the week has progressed but I guess that's good. My metabolism is picking up? I CANNOT wait to weigh myself tomorrow. I'm just so curious.
I had a really hard time staying away from some really delicious smelling foods at a party last night but I'm proud to say that I did it. I really must stay away from sugar these first 4 weeks in order to curb this insane sugar addiction I have.
Okay, blah blah blah. I'd love to hear how everyone else is doing. I shall now post our group "before" picture. If nothing else gets me through this, my personal "before" picture will certainly do the trick. Eeek! It was worse than expected ;). I hope everyone has a great week 2!

Thanks for putting this together for us. I wonder how everyone else is doing. I've been doing well with the workouts and food. Some of the food is better than others. Hope everyone else is doing well. Hope this week goes just as good.
