Workouts

I'm dying this week with the new workouts. My whole body hurts again like it did the first week I started lifting. Specifically my bum.

So...how's everyone doing still? Jess and I kind of got lazy with our workouts last week but we are trying to come back strong this week. I went a little lax with my eating too. Hope everyone is doing well!! Give us an update.

  1. I actually started over with week one. I got sick and stopped the resistance training and felt like I got too far behind :(. I was still swimming but that's not going to get me the "Trish" results quite as quickly ;). My sister (Haley) said this weeks workouts are kicking her butt. Apparently she was being literal ;). Happy butt busting!
