There's More Than One Way to Skin a Cat!

This was one of the funniest things ever. I COULD NOT cut into that stupid spaghetti squash so I looked in "The Joy of Cooking" to see how they went about cooking it and they said to poke some "generous" holes in it and microwave it for 15 minutes. This is what happened...

Well, it was scooped out and ready to go! I used what I could and it took about 10 minutes to clean up the rest. Also, when it exploded, it was LOUD! So, when they say, "poke 'generous' holes", they really mean it ;).

How's it?

Just wondering how everyone is doing? I'm still loving it and doing swimmingly ;). One of the the things I love most is knowing what comes next. I love not wondering, "hmmm, what to eat?" and then getting so hungry I just eat nutella or chips or some other fatifying thing. Anyway, I hope everyone is still doing well. Cheers,

I'm dying this week with the new workouts. My whole body hurts again like it did the first week I started lifting. Specifically my bum.'s everyone doing still? Jess and I kind of got lazy with our workouts last week but we are trying to come back strong this week. I went a little lax with my eating too. Hope everyone is doing well!! Give us an update.

Here We GOoooooo!

Okay, sorry it's taken so long to get this up and running ;}. Things have been a bit crazy around here and I *simply* could not decide on a name. I just decided to go with this one because I got a bit more feedback on it. Sorry if you hate it ;).

How is everyone doing with food? I'm actually okay. I thought it would be harder for me than it is. I have found myself getting hungrier as the week has progressed but I guess that's good. My metabolism is picking up? I CANNOT wait to weigh myself tomorrow. I'm just so curious.

I had a really hard time staying away from some really delicious smelling foods at a party last night but I'm proud to say that I did it. I really must stay away from sugar these first 4 weeks in order to curb this insane sugar addiction I have.

Okay, blah blah blah. I'd love to hear how everyone else is doing. I shall now post our group "before" picture. If nothing else gets me through this, my personal "before" picture will certainly do the trick. Eeek! It was worse than expected ;). I hope everyone has a great week 2!
